My story

Growing up, I always had a passion for nursing. Later in high school, I also discovered a passion for law.  When deciding on my future career path, I chose nursing as my focus, but my love and interest in law never faded.  When I learned that experienced nurses were needed as CLNCs, I felt the deep-rooted desire to be a part of this career. This was the career path I felt drawn to.  After completing the CLNC certification training, I decided to start my own consulting agency with a primary focus on delivering exceptional CLNC services to attorneys nationwide.

My Career

After becoming a nurse, I worked in multiple specialties: Primary Care Office, Outpatient Specialty Office, Home Rehab nursing services, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Progressive Care Nursing, and finally Critical Care. ICU became my passion. I loved being involved in critical cases and seeing positive outcomes for my patients. I decided to pursue travel nursing to see the world and have the opportunity to practice in facilities across the US.

With over 14 years of nursing experience and a strong background in ICU practice, I bring extensive hands-on experience to my role as a legal nurse consultant with a deep understanding of standards of care to every case I review. As a travel nurse, I have worked in more than 17 healthcare facilities across the U.S., which has given me a broad insight into hospital policies, procedures, and variations in patient care. I’m passionate about teaching and often mentor new nurses and students entering the field. My extensive experience allows me to quickly analyze medical records, identify deviations from standards, and provide well-supported opinions on current and future care needs. I am honored to use this expertise to support attorneys with case screening, medical record interpretation, research, and objective clinical insight throughout litigation.
